Chef's Tasting Room

The Chef's Tasting Room at Pyramid Restaurant offers a dining experience second to none with a personal, customized menu for you and your guests by our executive chef.

With seating for up to twenty, guests may reserve the Pyramid Chef's Tasting Room for a special occasion, celebration, corporate meeting, anniversary or birthday. When you book your event, we will personally work with you to create a custom menu of up to nine courses with wine pairings by our sommelier, Hunter Hammett, that will be a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

A dining experience at The Tasting Room showcases the Pyramid's Executive Chef at his most creative and is the ultimate in fine dining at the new Pyramid Restaurant. Your special evening will afford you the personal attention of our chef who will discuss each course, its ingredients, Texas provenance, and the cooking methods used to create the dish.
